With decades of experience, Jiangsu Honghua Special Equipment Co., Ltd has developed a range of Powerline Powder Coating Machines to provide highly accurate and controllable powder binder processing. Incorporating state-of-the-art technology, powder sprayers enable powder to be produced at a level of precision not previously available with this technology. This equipment can handle a variety of powder micron sizes and options are available for different sizes of powder take-off rollers. This range offers a clean and easy-to-use process that can provide considerable production cost benefits. Units can be supplied stand-alone for powder coating production or integrated into a lamination line. Multiple powder spray heads can be used in-line and can be mounted on rails to provide a highly flexible production layout.
