CFRTP fabric production line (thermoplastic)

CFRTP (carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic) is a composite material that has attracted attention from the aviation, aerospace and automotive industries as a new material. By reinforcing the resin with carbon fiber, it is not only light in weight, but also strong and has higher rigidity than the resin itself. The fiber fabric is continuously unwound and the thermoplastic resin powder is evenly sprinkled on the fiber fabric through a powder sprayer, and the resin is fully melted through a melting system with a maximum temperature of 800°C.
