CFRTP fabric powder production line (double side)

Suitable for carbon fiber prepreg lamination process

    The fiber fabric is unwound continuously and the thermoplastic resin powder is evenly sprinkled on the fiber fabric through the powder sprayer. The resin is fully melted through the melting system at a maximum temperature of 800°C. After passing through the cooling system, it enters the powder sprayer again to evenly sprinkle the thermoplastic resin powder on the other side of the fiber fabric and then melt, realizing the production of continuous carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic prepreg.
