CFRTP unidirectional production line

After the fiber is continuously unwound through the fiber placement system, the powder is evenly sprinkled on the unidirectional fiber through the sprayer, and the resin is fully melted through the melting system at a maximum temperature of 800°C. After passing through the cooling system, it enters the powder sprayer again to evenly sprinkle the thermoplastic resin powder on the other side of the fiber and then melt it, realizing the production of continuous carbon fiber reinforced unidirectional prepreg.
